We offer easy returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
Eligible Conditions:
- Wrong product received
- Incorrect size or color
- Damaged or defective item
Important:
- Unboxing video is mandatory for all requests
- Do not accept damaged or tampered packages
- Exchange will be processed after product verification
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 3 weeks after the returned item is received.
Offers & Promotions
- Some offers may be valid only on prepaid orders
- Items purchased under special offers may not be eligible for return
- Exchanges (if applicable) are only for damaged products
Custom Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes as per your country’s regulations. These charges must be paid by the customer.
